File Specifications

When uploading files and images there are some basic rules that will help ensure you get the highest quality print possible. Don't worry though...we check every image before printing and our team will get in touch if they have any concerns.

Custom Image Labels

For labels that include a custom image, uploaded image files MUST be in one of the following formats; *.JPG, *.JPEG, *.PNG, *.GIF. Images should be as high resolution as possible. Please note that simply increasing the size of a low quality image will not improve the image resolution, as this will not add new information to the image.
