This website, www.NapaValleyPrivateLabelWine.com, is owned and operated by Savage Wine, LLC, doing business as Napa Valley Private Label Wine ("NVPLW", "we", "us"). Your access to and use of this site are governed by the terms below and by applicable law. By browsing or ordering from this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Age Requirement

All wine is sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California, where the purchase of alcohol by anyone under 21 is prohibited. All alcohol orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older, and by using this site you affirm that you are at least 21.

We make every effort to ensure alcohol is not delivered to anyone under 21. By placing an order you confirm that the person receiving the shipment is 21 or older. Age verification is required at delivery; if the recipient cannot produce identification, the carrier will hold the shipment until they can. Delivery instructions such as "leave on the porch" will not be honored.

We recommend shipping to a business address or another address where an adult will be present to sign. If no one is available after three delivery attempts, the carrier returns the shipment to us and a $35 return fee is charged. Reshipping is billed as a new shipment.

Anyone who misrepresents their age in order to supply alcohol to a person under 21 may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Shipping and Title

You take title to your wine in California at the time of purchase and are responsible for its shipment. By placing an order you authorize NVPLW, acting solely as your agent, to engage a common carrier (such as UPS) to deliver the wine to the address you provide. We make no representation about anyone's legal right to ship or import wine into any state; you are responsible for determining the legality and any tax or duty consequences of shipping wine to your recipient. Once the wine leaves our facility, the buyer bears any loss or damage in transit, subject to our replacement policy on the Shipping and Returns page.

Shipping Policy

Wine is heat sensitive. We typically ship on Mondays so packages arrive before the weekend. During warmer months we strongly recommend 2-Day or Next Day Air service. We reserve the right to hold shipments during periods of extreme heat and cannot accept responsibility for product damaged by heat exposure in transit.

Undeliverable Shipments

If the carrier cannot deliver your wine and returns it to us, we will notify you and a $35 return shipping and restocking fee will be charged. When you supply a replacement address, a $10 reshipping fee applies in addition to any new carrier charges.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THIS SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NVPLW MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS ON IT. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NVPLW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NVPLW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE, ITS SERVERS OR EMAIL SENT FROM IT ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

NVPLW assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information on this site, for errors or omissions, for third-party materials that may appear here, for viruses or code introduced by third parties, or for the availability of the site at any given time. Information you transmit to us through the site, other than order and payment data handled under our Privacy Policy, is treated as non-confidential.

The design, layout, text, images, label artwork and other content of this site are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, displayed, transmitted or distributed without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed below. All rights reserved.

"Napa Valley Private Label Wine", "NVPLW" and the other trade names under which we do business are our trademarks. The names, trade names and trademarks of third parties, including our clients, may appear on this site from time to time; they belong to their respective owners and may be used only with their permission.

Permitted Use of Our Materials

Descriptions of our business, press materials and public notices published on this site, together with their graphics, may be copied for non-commercial, informational or personal use provided they are reproduced in full, without alteration, and carry the notice "Copyright Napa Valley Private Label Wine. Used with permission. All rights reserved." They may not be uploaded to any network, rebroadcast or otherwise redistributed without our written consent, and may not be used to disparage us or our clients. No other use is permitted.

Third-party materials that appear on this site, including photographs, clip art, media clips and the names or logos of clients and publications, may not be used outside their intended context here without permission from the appropriate third party.

Your Artwork and Our Use of It

By uploading artwork, a label design, a logo, a photograph or other creative material ("Designs") in connection with an order, you confirm that you hold all rights necessary to use it and you indemnify NVPLW against any claim of infringement arising from it.

You also grant NVPLW a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to photograph, display, reproduce, modify, publish and otherwise use your Designs, and photographs of the finished bottles incorporating them, for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, advertising and email. You waive any right to review or approve those materials or to receive compensation for their use.

If you prefer that your Designs not appear in our marketing, email info@www.napavalleyprivatelabelwine.com at the time of your order and we will honor the request.

Unsolicited Materials

We do not accept or consider unsolicited creative or business proposals. Any ideas, concepts, drafts or other materials submitted through this site will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and may be used without compensation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version here. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
